Below are frequently asked questions about the exchange and return process.

You have the right to return your order up to 14 days after receipt. You then have 14 days after the return to return the order.

However, the right of return does not apply to the hygiene items we sell. Hygiene items include all in-ear monitors and in-ear tips. Once the seal on these items is broken, they can no longer be returned under the right of return.

You will then be credited with the full purchase price within 14 days of cancellation at the latest, but we aim to do this as soon as possible. Only the cost of returning your home to Westone Audio will be at your own expense.

To return your order, please follow these steps:

1. Report all or part of your order return by clicking the button below and fill in your details.

2. Once this is done, we will review your request and respond within 24 hours with an agreement, further instructions and a return address.

3. Send all or part of your order using a carrier of your choice to the return address provided by us. Please include the purchase invoice and return form fully completed in the return shipment.

4. Once the return has reached us, the full purchase price will be credited back to you as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after cancellation.

No later than 14 days after cancellation, you will then be credited with the remaining purchase amount or the payment request for additional payment, so that we can send you the new product as soon as possible. Only the costs of returning your home to Westone Audio are for your own account.

4. Once the return has reached us, if the replacement product is cheaper, you will be refunded part of your purchase price or we will send a payment request if the replacement product is more expensive.

5. Once all steps have been fully completed, we will send you the new product.

Once we have received your return, we will credit the purchase price as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after cancellation.

Both within and outside the manufacturer's warranty, you can come to us for repairs. There is no charge for this within the manufacturer's warranty, but outside the manufacturer's warranty there is.

•Is the product already defective within 14 days of purchase? Then you can choose to get your money back or exchange the product for a new one.

•Is the product faulty after 14 days with normal use and within the warranty period? Then this is most likely a manufacturing defect and the repair is completely free of charge.

•Did the product break down outside the warranty period? No problem, you can still come to us. However, this will incur repair costs.

To get your product repaired, follow these steps:

1. Report your repair by clicking the button below and indicate as a note that it is a repair.

2. Once this is done, you can prepare the product for the return journey. Pack the product well and securely and remove data where necessary.

3. Send your product with a carrier of your choice to the address we provide.

4. Once the product has arrived at the repair service, you will receive a confirmation from us and then the process of repair starts.

All products come with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This is because your product should not break down in the first 2 years under normal use. This is called 'Carry in' warranty.
