If you’re a business customer looking to purchase Westone Audio products with a VAT invoice, we currently handle these orders manually to ensure everything is processed correctly and in line with EU VAT requirements.

Because our webshop does not yet support VAT number entry at checkout, we’ve created a simple and direct ordering process for business clients.

How it works

1. Send us your request
   Email us with the products you would like to order.
2. Include your company details
   Please provide your full billing information and valid VAT number.
3. We prepare your invoice or quotation
   We will review your request and send you a VAT invoice or quotation.
4. Confirm & receive your order
   Once confirmed, we process your order.

What to include in your email

• Company name
• VAT number
• Billing address
• Shipping address (if different)
• Product names or links
• Any specific requirements or questions
